Roots of Humanity began in Africa but was never meant to end there. Humanity's story cannot be told in silos. We are building a living archive that connects our shared past to our collective future. Founded by Anita Mbabazi, Daniel Ibukun Gbadebo Smith, and Yvonne Rarieya, Roots of Humanity brings together scientists, storytellers, artists, filmmakers, and communities from Africa and across the world.
